Alice Barr has lived many lives, none of them particularly good. As a member of the Alice Spring vampire population, she has remained hidden and secluded. Her time as a Templar of the Sabbat seemed a lifetime ago. 

As a prominent member of the Bahari in Australia, she punishes those who refuse to worship the Dark Mother. As someone who survived the Labyrinth and remembers what has happened, she leads her regained coven in her efforts to reach the goal asked of her before everything slipped away - to make the world bleed.

Lorna MacIntyre

Clan: Toreador

Born to a postwar immigrant family, the Toreador ancilla Lorna overcame a blood bond to a controlling and meticulous sire, to become an indispensable part of Sydney's Prince Sarrasine's ambitious expansion project. 

Following her contact with a particular Nosferatu powerbroker about rumours of her lost childe, she found herself drawn into a matriarchal blood cult, a hidden haven in the heart of the continent, and a morass of alternate timelines and histories which don't repeat - except for when they do.

Deacon Winters

Clan: Lasombra

A child with the ability to sense supernatural beings, Winters was indoctrinated into the Society of Leopold after losing both parents to a blank body attack. He would go on to be both a scout and spiritual councillor for those on the front lines.

Piecing together the truth of his parent's death, loyalties shifted, as he came into contact with a Sister Olivia, secretly a worshipper of Lilith. Steering others of the society towards the Mother's truth, he rescued and became a father figure of a gifted young girl, Ilona. After his embrace, Winters and Ilona were forced to escape an Inquisition raid which decimated the coven, fleeing to Alice Springs, desperate and on the run with just one lead 'Alice Barr.'
